What an INCREDIBLE day!! We have spent the day learning about Courage & Life Saving!!! The Mentees & Mentors pushed themselves into their ‘challenge zones’ and really tested their courage. They’ve all learnt vital life saving skills today too, and met some amazingly inspirational people along the way!
We wouldn’t be able to do what we do without the help of everyone who works with us…
Thank you to Go Cornwall Bus Ben for driving us so skilfully through the lanes on the Lizard.
Thank you Fat Apples Cafe Jacci & Phoebe for the AMAZING food & use of the wonderful Porthallow Hall.
Thank you Vertical Blue Cornwall-SUP Ian & the team for so much fun on the water this morning- it was so brilliant!
Thank you BBC Radio Cornwall Hannah Stacey for your coverage of C4L & your inspirational lunch time talk about Journalism & Free diving!
And finally, a huge thank you to Royal Naval Air Station Culdrose Liam & the team of staff that delivered a brilliant afternoon of climbing & CPR/First Aid skills & a great talk all about Navy Careers!
